You trust Mitra with a real picture of your life. That trust is protected by how we build the system, not just by what we promise in a policy document, and we think you deserve a plain explanation of how.

Everything is encrypted. Your conversations and documents are encrypted end to end, and anything stored is encrypted with keys we manage in secure, hardware-protected systems. No one at Mitra has casual access to your content.

Your information stays in separate, walled-off areas. Each part of your life (finances, health, travel, family) is kept in its own separate, protected space with its own access rules. A problem in one area cannot reach into another. This is built into the underlying systems, not just a rule in the app's code.

Nothing important happens without your OK. Any action involving money, health information, or a non-refundable booking goes through an independent safety check and needs your explicit approval, confirmed with your fingerprint or face. The AI can suggest. Only you decide.

A record you can trust. Every action taken by an AI assistant, and every response from a partner, is written to a record that cannot be quietly changed. If it happened on Mitra, it's on the record.
